She brings more than 18 years of in-house experience building ethics and compliance programs and leading training, internal investigations, and remediation across multinational organizations.
As a multilingual attorney and compliance officer for public and privately held companies, Lindsay has led global internal investigations and coordinated corporate responses to inquiries and investigations by U.S. and non-U.S. governmental authorities. Her experience includes the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and spans anti-bribery, trade, sanctions, privacy, employment, industry-specific compliance, and the operating realities of global businesses.
